The readiness check

The readiness check runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not stored, saved or sent to us or anyone else. Refreshing the page clears them.

What we collect

• Enquiries: your name, email address, organisation, role, area and message when you use our contact form.
• Newsletter: your email address if you sign up, and confirmation that you agreed.
• Website analytics: anonymous, aggregated information about page visits, collected without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

• To reply to your enquiry: legitimate interests (responding to people who contact us).
• To send our newsletter: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To understand how the website is used: legitimate interests, using anonymous data only.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the website and handle enquiries: Cloudflare (hosting and form handling), HubSpot (contact management), our email provider and our analytics provider. They process data only on our instructions. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement. To confirm per provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
